He has a proven track record of creating user-centered designs that reinforce the company's style and voice, as well as collaborating with the development team to implement new features. Along with a degree in Graphic Arts, Joseph holds a CompTIA A+ certification as well as multiple technical certifications in Computer Aided Design (CAD).

Joseph has worked with many Fortune 500 companies and notable brands, such as Minuteman Press, Pega, Capital One, Indeed, JetBlue, Mass Mutual Insurance, HMS, Ocean Home, Luxury Pools & Outdoor Living, Northshore, Boston magazine and Road Scholar. He was part of a creative team that won awards for advertising campaigns with JetBlue and Indeed.com at Mullen Lowe (AdWeek’s ‘Best Of’ and multiple Webby awards).
